"Shatterday/A Little Peace and Quiet" is the pilot episode of the 1985 reboot of The Twilight Zone. The episode was directed by horror maestro Wes Craven and contains two separate stories, "Shatterday" and "A Little Peace and Quiet". "Shatterday" was based on a short story written by Harlan Ellison with a script treatment by Alan Brennert. "A Little Peace and Quiet" is an original feature written by James Crocker. Alien Nation and Farscape creator Rockne S. O'Bannon served as story editor on both segments.
