Tsuguo Mogami is a Japanese voice actor born in Saitama Prefecture, Japan on January 8th, 1980. His first work in a science fiction related anime is voicing a man in the "Taiyô ni idomu mono" episode of Fullmetal Alchemist. In 2006 he voiced a disposal group member in episode 1.2 of 009-1 entitled "Holy Night". That same year, Tsuguo voiced Kenkei in the Kenji Kamiyama OVA Ghost in the Shell: Solid State Society.
