TekWar: The Complete Series is a DVD collection that includes all eighteen episodes of the syndicated sci-fi series TekWar as well as the four TekWar prequel films, which first aired in 1994. The series is based on a series of novels developed by famed Star Trek actor William Shatner and ghost written by Ron Goulart. In the year 2045, an addictive computer-based reality drug called "tek" has ignited a war that stretches throughout society. Recruited by a mysterious benefactor to stop the advancing drug is Jake Cardigan, a cop who teams up with a colorful array of partners as the government plots to stop him from revealing the truth.
