Rudy was a patient and inmate at Arkham Asylum. He was roped into a plan devised by Edward Nygma in order to help him break out of the facility. (Gotham: Azrael)
Isis[]
Rudy was a minor character featured on the Saturday morning superhero series The Secrets of Isis. Played by actor Alvin Kupperman, he appeared in the third episode of season two, "The Class Clown". Rudy was a new student at Larkspur High School in 1976. He was a practical joker, who liked playing innocent gangs on fellow students, as well as staff. However, one of his stunts met with dangerous results, as he rigged a raft to inflate inside of Andrea Thomas' classroom, which knocked over a bunch of chemicals, creating a toxic environment. He then stole a school bus as part of a prank, but this too backfired as the bus malfunctioned and took a header off the side of a ravine. Rudy emerged from it however, little worse for wear.
