Points of Interest Edit

Worthington Industries
Worthington Industries, formerly known as Worthington Enterprises, is a fictional corporation featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. It is part of the mainstream Marvel Universe and is associated with the X-Men family of comic titles. The President and CEO of Worthington Enterprises is Warren Worthington, III. Worthington Enterprises was founded by the Worthington family some 150 years ago. In the modern era, it was headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and administered by the last male heir of the family, Warren Worthington, III. The general public was largely unaware that Worthington was also the mutant superhero known as Angel. Warren secretly used his company's assets to finance some of his extracurricular activities such as funding the X-Men and later, the experimental mutant hunting team X-Factor. During his tenure with X-Factor, Warren appointed his girlfriend Candy Southern as vice president of the company. Worthington Industries' stock took a dramatic hit during a scandal in which reporter Trish Tilby exposed Warren's financial support of X-Factor.
