A Hasslein Curve is a theoretical feature of spacetime featured in the Planet of the Apes multimedia franchise. It has also been referenced as a Hasslein Time Curve. It was referenced in both the 1968 film Planet of the Apes as well as the 1970 movie Beneath the Planet of the Apes, which is where it was first addressed by name. The term is presumably derived from the scientist who first developed it, Otto Hasslein, who is the main antagonist from the third film in the series, Escape from the Planet of the Apes.

A Hasslein Curve is similar to an Einstein–Rosen bridge, and has been identified as "a bend in space". It's unstable topographical existence allows for a body of matter to enter it, whereupon it transports it between the planes of space and time, allowing it to emerge from an exit at a different location or timeline. In the Planet of the Apes films, this is used to explain how astronaut George Taylor left the planet Earth in the 1970s and arrived back on Earth in the latter half of the 40th century.

The same process is used by John Brent in Beneath the Planet of the Apes, who follows George Taylor's trajectory into the Hasslein Curve and appears on Earth shortly following the events of the first film. Brent is the first character to refer to it as a Hasslein Curve.

In the Power Records adaptation of Planet of the Apes, the Hasslein Curve is applied to the effects of the spacetime continuum in relation to a vehicle moving at the speed of light.

In the Planet of the Apes GameBoy video game by Ubisoft and Fox Interactive, the Hasslein Curve is referenced in the opening introduction, but is referred to as Doctor Hesline's theory of time.
