Biography[]
Clive Finch was a Caucasian male in his apparent late thirties or early forties living in London, England in the mid-2000s. He had a wife named Caroline and a small boy. Clive was a conspiracy theorist who became obsessed about a little-known urban legend known as the Doctor. He believed this individual to be an immortal alien, and had found photographs and even drawings of the same unaging man at different points in history, including the maiden voyage of the Titanic and the assassination of John F. Kennedy.
A young woman named Rose Tyler learned about Clive through his website, Who Is Doctor Who, and arranged to meet him at his home. Rose's boyfriend, Mickey Smith, fearing that Clive might be a psychotic murderer, volunteered to drive her there. Clive showed Rose everything he had, and Rose told him about a recent encounter with a man who looked exactly like the figure from Clive's photos. Clive issue Rose a cryptic warning, noting that wherever the Doctor goes - Death follows with him.
Later that evening, Clive and his family were shopping at the Queen's Arcade mall when a bunch of store mannequins came to life and began murdering pedestrians. One such Auton approached Clive and his family. It opened fire on Clive, killing him, but his wife and son managed to escape. [1]
